You have 14 days from the day you receive your product(s) to request a refund.

Contact us via email hello@daya-jewelry.com with your order number and return request.

Please include your original invoice and mail your return within 14 days of receipt to the address below. We are not liable for any returns lost in the mail, please insure your package and save your tracking information.

Your return will be process within 3-7 days of receiving it and you will be notified that the return is complete.

All products must be returned unworn and in the same packaging it came in.

Due to high demand, many of our designs sell out more quickly than we can make them. Pre-ordering an item ensures that you will be sent your item as soon as it is back in stock.

There may be duties and/or customs taxes applied to your order (outside of EU) by your local government when delivery is made, or billed to you afterwards depending on where you live. We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately can not be reimbursed or refunded by Daya Jewelry.
