Shipping and Returns - 

Shipping
  • All orders are shipped from our Netherlands office using POSTNL services.
  • All tracked orders will receive a tracking link via email.
  • Please allow 3 working days for all orders to be processed and shipped.
  • All orders will receive a confirmation email when the order is placed and a second email once their order has been dispatched (please check your junk or spam mail if you cannot see it.)

Worldwide

  • Standard international shipping is FREE for orders above €45, (no tracking number will be provided to you.) Estimated delivery is 3-21 working days from dispatch. (DUE TO NEW BREXIT REGULATIONS, THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO UK-BASED CUSTOMERS.)

  • Tracked international shipping costs approximately €16.99 - €22.99. The tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch. Estimated delivery is 3-16 working days from dispatch.  (DUE TO NEW BREXIT REGULATIONS, THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO UK-BASED CUSTOMERS.)

  • Fedex Express shipping costs between €16 to €60 (depending on your location), and is guaranteed to arrive within 4 - 7 business days. Tracking details will be sent within 2-3 business days. 

     Netherlands

    • NL standard shipping is FREE (no tracking number will be provided to you.)
      • Estimated delivery is 1-3 working days from dispatch.
    • NL tracked express shipping is €3.99 and the tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch. A signature will be required upon delivery.
      • Estimated delivery is 1-2 working days from dispatch.

     Outside of the EU customers

    • Due to customs in your country (outside of EU) there may be a slight delay on delivery which is out of our control. Once shipped, the time frame is out of our hands, but maximum estimated delivery is no more than 1 month.
    • There may be duties and/or customs taxes applied to your order (outside of EU) by your local government when delivery is made, or billed to you afterwards depending on where you live. We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately can not be reimbursed or refunded by Daya Jewelry.

    Further Information

    • Please ensure you enter your correct and complete delivery address when placing your order as Daya Jewelry cannot be responsible for orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery details being provided. 

      

    Returns

    We are sorry that you are unhappy with your jewelry and would like to compensate you in any way we can. Your opinion matters greatly to us and we would appreciate any feedback. 

    You have 90 days from the day you receive your product(s) to request a refund.
    Contact us via email hello@daya-jewelry.com with your order number and return request.

    Please include your original invoice and mail your return within 14 days of receipt to the address below. We are not liable for any returns lost in the mail, so please insure your package and save your tracking information.

    Your return will be processed within 3-7 days of it being receiving and you will be notified when the return is complete.

    All products must be returned unworn and in the same packaging they came in.
